Order Cancellation:

• Orders canceled within 1 hour of purchase will be fully refunded.
• Please write an Email to help@aulemen.com for cancellations.

Return Process:

1. Contact us with your order number and a picture for defective or incorrect items.
2. Returns must be approved by our customer service team, who will provide the nearest return warehouse address.
3. Returns are processed within 5 days of receiving your package, with refunds credited back via the original payment method.
4. We accept exchange of your order. If you would prefer another size or another style, you can request this when making your return. To do so, please send an email to help@aulemen.com with your order number.

Return & Refund Policy:

1. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange.
2. Non-returnable items: Items on final sale (30% off or more) or from the outlet.
3. We do not provide prepaid return labels. But we will issue a store gift card equal to the return shipping cost.
4. The customer is liable for any losses arising from providing an incorrect address.
