Order Cancellation:

• Orders canceled within 1 hour of purchase will be fully refunded.
• Please write an Email to help@aulemen.com for cancellations.

Return Process:

1. Contact us with your order number and a picture for defective or incorrect items.
2. Returns must be approved by our customer service team, who will provide the nearest return warehouse address.
3. Returns are processed within 5 days of receiving your package, with refunds credited back via the original payment method.

Return & Refund Policy:

1. You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange.
2. Non-returnable items: gift cards, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, and items on final sale (30% off or more) or from the outlet.
3. We do not provide prepaid return labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will issue a store gift card equal to the return shipping cost.
4. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition with packaging and tags. Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible for a refund.
   
5. The customer is liable for any losses arising from providing an incorrect address.
