If you decide to cancel the order, please reply to the order confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. If you didn't receive the email, simply email:help@aulemen.com for cancellation.

If you would prefer another size or another style, you can request this when making your return. To do so, please please send an email with your order number.

We’re so sorry if you’ve received a wrong item. Please attach the picture of the wrong items and order number so we can get this sorted for you as soon as we could.

You could send back items to our warehouses within 30 days of delivery. Please read our refund policy.

Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. In any other case, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
